If you came to Champaign-Urbana by plane, bus, or train, you probably noticed that there are a lot of corn fields in east central Illinois. Once a year Champaign-Urbana celebrates its agricultural roots with the Urbana Sweetcorn Festival. If you’re looking for something to do this weekend to acquaint yourself with Midwest U.S. culture, visit the many food stands, listen to the music, and enjoy the entertainment for young and old.
